Diet: Strict carnivore for 8 months. Zero carb zero sugar. Red meat. Salt. Water. Coffee.
Exercise: None. I work a physical job as a master mechanic. In the last 3 weeks I have begun to lift 3-4 times a week.
Time on diet: 8.5 months. Began 3/1/22
Health Problems Resolved:
-Was on 2 blood pressure pills totally 45 mg. Still blood pressure was high and uncontrollable. One month in and I was off one pill. 3 months I’m off the other.
-Have lost 100lbs
-Down from a 44w to 36 and 3XL to L
-Just finally feel amazing.
