Diet: 1 month Lion Diet and then Carnivore Diet for 2 months.
Exercise: Football (Soccer) 2-3 times a week under the whole diet as i still did before the diet. And then started to lift weights the last 3 weeks.
Time on diet: 3 months
Health problems resolved:
– Lost 20kg in 3 months
– Brain fog
– Energy levels through the roof
– Much happier
– I can tolerate more than I could before the diet like less sleep, more moving and so on. Before I would literally just be tired all the time.
– Less snoring!
– Beard hair regrowth
– Less pimples on body
