Diet: Lion Diet for 7 months & fully carnivore diet 12 months before that.
Weight: 101kg (222lbs) to 76kg (167lbs)
Exercise: Run 30-35km per week (training towards marathon) and gym 3 x per week.
Health problems resolved:
– Very over weight and sluggish
Additional comments: I have felt stronger in the gym and the most alive in a long time! After becoming a Dad in 2020 I decided I wanted to be fit and healthy for daughter as well as for myself. It started off a short term plan but now it is a lifestyle, consistency is key!
