“About 10 years ago I lost 50 pounds from obsessive calorie counting and exercise. A few years later later I was told I needed to stop running because my back injury couldn’t take it anymore. And so slowly I gained back the 50 pounds. I decided to go keto after returning to exercise and not having a great result and being hungry all the time. After a bout eight or nine months of keto and having very bad abdominal issues I decided to switch to carnivore and that made all the difference”
