Diet: Started a ketogenic diet March 2018. Gradually cut out all non-carnivore foods by August 2018. Was beef only (Lion Diet) by January 2019.
Exercise: After 80lbs lost, started lifting weights 2 days a week, no cardio
Time on Diet: Nearly 4 years

– 120lbs weight loss (325lbs to 195lbs)
– Maintaining weight loss for the first time ever and overcoming food addiction and emotional eating
– Resolved inflammation, chronic back and knee pain
– Lower A1C – no longer borderline diabetic
– Resolved chronic digestive issues, constipation, and hemorrhoids
– Resolved chronic rashes and skin issues
– Continued skin tightening over time with the lion diet and fasting
