Beef Broth (Soup)
This is one of my key staples. It is low histamine, easy to digest, and honestly delicious.
Ingredients
- 2lbs of beef
- Possible cuts: chuck roast, round roast, sirloin, any type of steak, really any cut except ground beef. Ideally with no bones. Lean cuts actually work really well for this recipe.
- Instant pot
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Take 2lbs of beef and put it in the Instant Pot, it can be frozen, or thawed.
- For steaks: Add just enough water to barely cover the meat.
- For roasts: Add about a cup and a half of water.
- The only trick to this soup is do not add too much water.
- Pressure cook on high for 1 hour.
- Salt to taste.
- If you're being careful with histamines, eat the same day.
