Beef Broth (Soup)

This is one of my key staples. It is low histamine, easy to digest, and honestly delicious.

Ingredients

2lbs of beef
Possible cuts: chuck roast, round roast, sirloin, any type of steak, really any cut except ground beef. Ideally with no bones. Lean cuts actually work really well for this recipe.
Instant pot
Water
Salt

Instructions

Take 2lbs of beef and put it in the Instant Pot, it can be frozen, or thawed.
For steaks: Add just enough water to barely cover the meat.
For roasts: Add about a cup and a half of water.
The only trick to this soup is do not add too much water.
Pressure cook on high for 1 hour.
Salt to taste.
If you're being careful with histamines, eat the same day.
