Beef Jerky in an Oven
Making jerky at home may sound complicated but it couldn’t be easier with this delicious Beef Jerky made right in the oven!

Ingredients
- Brisket
- Oven
- Meat slicer
- Pan to catch drippings
Instructions
- Slice the brisket really thin (you can use other cuts of meat too). It's best to use a meat slicer for this.
- Cover the meat with salt.
- Lay the meat on the grates in the oven.
- Set the pan underneath the meat to catch the drippings.
- Set the oven to 220°F for 3.5-4 hours.
- Store the jerky in Ziploc bags in the freezer. It's good frozen.
