Diet: Lion Diet

Exercise: “Started out with just cardio to get the weight off, now I’m at the gym 5 days a week.”

Time on diet: 1.5 years but now I just honestly eat that way in general because it feels so much better.

Health problems resolved:

-I used to have bad anxiety and depression and now my joy has been through the roof.

-Physically I have a bad lower back because of a car accident like 5 years ago but since this diet I haven’t had back pain that has stopped my life in almost 2 years.

-Used to need caffeine all the time, now I really don’t need it.

-I have so much natural energy!

@kingofgondOr sometimes included butter for extra fat content, which may not be ideal for everyone on the Lion Diet. Some people with mood disorders or autoimmune disorders react to butter but if you can do it, go for it.
