Beef, Lamb or Bison Air Fried Meatballs

Air fryer meatballs are a great make-ahead meal. These meatballs can be frozen and cooked in the air fryer for quick meal prep throughout the week. You can use Beef, Lamb or Bison.

  1. I tried making this with ground beef 80% lean & 20% fat. I might have overcooked it a little. Salted liberally. I ate it the next day and it was not very good. too dry. How do I make this without overcooking it and making it chewy but still have th eouter part crispy?
