Hangover Cure

By Mikhaila

Seriously. I’ve been taking this since I was binge drinking in University, you can go to pubmed and look at the studies on rats. If it works on rats, it works on me. I’ve had a difficult time sourcing it but when I can find it, it works.

Dihydromyricetin.

It completely removes nausea associated with a hangover. It apparently stop liver and brain damage as well (which is especially important for women, as alcohol is particularly hard on them), give it a try! Seriously. When I started the diet, my stomach got a lot more sensitive and my hangovers got way worse. These are life-saving.

Remember the only alcohols that don’t have extra stuff added are vodka (unflavoured), bourbon and American “straight” whiskey. There may be other whiskeys that don’t have colour added, but you’d have to email the company to find out.

UPDATE: 2023 – I finally made the supplement myself because sourcing it was so difficult. High dose dihydromyricetin is available at fullerhealth.com (yes it works SO well, I’m very happy with it)

  1. I’m not having much luck getting my hands on this stuff over here in the UK. The EU probably banned it. Looks like I’m going to have to get some shipped over. Some may think that’s too much effort just for a drink. Some may need to try 6 years without one.

    1. Does dhmdepot.com ship to the UK? I can’t ship the stuff off of amazon to Canada either so I order directly from them. I just got the dycetin they offer (which is a stronger version of the stuff I used to take). I’m going to test it out Saturday. If you want to wait until Sunday to order it, I’ll let you know which one I find more effective.

    2. Well er… yeah… dur… they do! So yes, I’ll wait until your ‘experiment’ is complete and purchase accordingly. Don’t go crazy now!

  2. Dihydromyricetin is excellent! A real life saver for those days you need to get stuff done and maybe had a few too many the previous evening.

I’ve found another product Sobur works better for me — it has the same ingredient (DHM) in but also has a few other vitamins to replenish those alcohol uses a lot of. It’s available on Amazon, and I’d highly recommend it if you can tolerate it.

As for buying it in Europe, I believe bulkdhm.com is based in the EU though not quite as big as DHMDepot. I’ve used them before as well and they’re great.

  3. Hi Guys/Girls, anyone a clue why this product is banned in the EU? I tried to order through several websites , they all wouldnt let me ship to my location (Belgium). Then last week a have put an order through bulkdhm.com but so far no response neither reply on a ticket to them.
