These beef ribs are super easy to make and take only 5 minutes of prep time, but end up being higher in histamine than pressure cooked then air fried beef ribs.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat with salt.
  3. Once the oven is hot, place the ribs on a baking tray in a single layer.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for 2 hours. (This will differ based on how big the ribs are). Check on the ribs after 1.5 hours. They should be able to be pulled quite easily off the bone. You can tell they're cooked when the meat has shrunk and isn't difficult to remove from the bone.
  5. When the ribs are cooked to your liking, remove.
  6. Pour off the fat into a bowl and keep it if you aren't buying tallow, (it's tallow and great to fry with if you don't have an air fryer).
  7. Enjoy! Also great cold and sliced and salted if you have a meat aversion.
