Really Important Read – Paleomedicina – Evidence The Lion Diet Works

By Mikhaila

“We believe that the PKD is the only evolutionary adapted diet for humans. Rehabilitation of chronic diseases is most effective when the diet is limited to our real physiological needs. Eating fruits and vegetables does not form part of our physiological need but are associated with risks.”

(PDF) Therapeutic protocol of Paleomedicina Hungary. Available from: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/323151200_Therapeutic_protocol_of_Paleomedicina_Hungary

This place (Paleomedicina) has actual doctors prescribing a high fat meat diet to successfully treat chronic disease. With hugely positive results (much more effective than medication). They’ve treated pregnant women, infants, and breastfeeding women as well. They have found no ill effects of the diet (they call it paleolithic ketogenic, basically a fancy turn for a red meat diet).

Eventually North America will stop with the “it must be a placebo effect” and start actually treating people. Suuuuper exciting. Also extremely satisfying after years of “you’re crazy”. Extremely. Satisfying.

They have a website HERE. (It’s in Hungarian but you can use Google Translate). The case studies are incredible.

  1. Preferred your side of the diet vs. exercise chat on Joe Rogan. 2000 calories from diet and maybe 350 calories from a long workout make the cause of obesity clear. The bad fats, clogged glands, high insulin and inflammation, moody gut bacteria, and allergic reactions make people not feel like exercise and perhaps even injured so they can’t.

  2. After seeing the Joe Rogan podcast, I have a small question.
I have a different kind of auto-immune issue, namely Psoriasis.
While not on any medication for it, it does get treated with Methotrexate.

Now, Psorisasis is supposed to be linked with obesity (guilty of that) and stress (guilty of that too).
Now, i’m wondering if restricting my diet might help with this?
Currently i eat pretty much everything, including grain prodcucts.

    1. Hey friend, I suffer from Psoriasis as well.
I can tell you to that changing my diet did help me with my issues.
I Cut out Dairy, Sugar (especially procced) and most grains. You should try going Keto (+ excercise) – You’ll see the change ASAP.
But if it’s not gone completely I’d try Mikhaila’s way of cutting down to only Meat, then trying to adding stuff gradualy.
Psoriasis is genetic, but diet can seriously change it’s severity.

Hope you get well, treat yourself as if you’re helping someone else you care for.. with love and patience, and tough love if needed.

      Good luck!

  3. Hi Mikhaila. I listened to you talking about your health issues on Joe Rogans podcast, and as someone who’s experienced a similar journey and “tried everything” I’ll be arrogant enough to recommend you to look into Marek Doyle, Britain’s top metabolic nutritionist (www.marekdoyle.com). He is the most well-researched and methodical practitioner I’ve been able to find when it comes to solving riddles of the human organism, and working with him has been life-changing for myself as well as my wife (I was on an extremely restrictive elimination/ketogenic diet for 2,5 years, but could start eating much more liberally thanks to his recommendations)!

You seem to be doing good now and have your own thing going, but unless you’d like to stay on such a restrictive diet going forward I’d be willing to bet you that Marek could help you further; there’s always an underlying culprit to your symptoms that can be – if not completely fixed – improved. The Carnivore diet is simply a good way to avoid your triggers and let the body start healing, but it won’t necessarily solve all the underlying metabolic/immune-dysfunctions. I’m speaking not as an expert on the issue but paraphrasing Marek (which is one of THE experts as far as I can tell). I know your dad is very keen on scientific evidence, and Marek is unparalleled in this regard.

Feel free to ignore everything I just wrote, I myself am a person who hates when people gives advice like this, but in any case I wish you (and your dad) the best.

  4. hey, on Joe rogan’s show you said you drank sparkling water, tell me please what kind of sparkling water?
