“We believe that the PKD is the only evolutionary adapted diet for humans. Rehabilitation of chronic diseases is most effective when the diet is limited to our real physiological needs. Eating fruits and vegetables does not form part of our physiological need but are associated with risks.”

This place (Paleomedicina) has actual doctors prescribing a high fat meat diet to successfully treat chronic disease. With hugely positive results (much more effective than medication). They’ve treated pregnant women, infants, and breastfeeding women as well. They have found no ill effects of the diet (they call it paleolithic ketogenic, basically a fancy turn for a red meat diet).
Eventually North America will stop with the “it must be a placebo effect” and start actually treating people. Suuuuper exciting. Also extremely satisfying after years of “you’re crazy”. Extremely. Satisfying.
They have a website HERE. (It’s in Hungarian but you can use Google Translate). The case studies are incredible.
Mikhaila, they have an english version of the website:
(I’d update the post to reflect this website, so people don’t have to use a translator)
Im in Shitsrael, where all the vest is super expensive (kosher scam) and it comes from abused what eating hormones given cows, im fucked.
Lo, ata lo fucked.
You can get non-kosher meat from Arabs. There’s no “organic” or more “humane” meat here, that’s true. But there’s most certainly non-kosher, high-grade, not-super-expensive meat in israel.. just do your research. Ask chefs in restaurants, they can tell you where to find the best stuff.
Can you or have you done a GI map stool test….would love to see whats going on inside your stomach/immune system etc.
Have you ever gotten a reaction from being around potential airborne gluten? for example while walking through the bakery isle or if someone close to you is eating bread with flour on it?
am i overthinking again about these minute amounts?
Overthinking. Don’t worry. Keep it up
Ok, i saw the joe rogan interview, you mentioned you had steak with pepper but didn’t react, that’s great 🙂 i guess it means that overtime we become less sensitive if we let the body heal
Oh and have you eaten beef liver without reaction or haven’t tried it yet?
I feel like i should eat some liver because i’m probably deficient in vit A after years of veganism, but i’m scared liver could cause a reaction because it’s not muscle meat
Don’t worry about it! Anything from the cow is okay
That includes dairy I hope, lol. I can’t live without cheese 🙂
Nooope. If you’re trying to get rid of something serious get rid of that. You can reintroduce it later. Dairy was horrible for me.
Ok, i might get some eventually, but i did some research and muscle meat has enough vit A if eating in large quantity! 🙂
Is there an easy place to see exactly you are eating? Like a for normal week? I dont need fancy recipes. I just want an example meal plan to build off of.
https://mikhailapeterson.com/2016/12/07/the-list/ there you go
Wilson Chan, she eats beef, salt, water. That’s exactly what she is eating. She’s hot. :p
Doesn’t she also eat pork? On the last joe rogan podcast with jordan he also said they get cuts of fat from a butcher to fry. I’m looking for specifics.
Just beef fat.
