Really Important Read – Paleomedicina – Evidence The Lion Diet Works

By Mikhaila

“We believe that the PKD is the only evolutionary adapted diet for humans. Rehabilitation of chronic diseases is most effective when the diet is limited to our real physiological needs. Eating fruits and vegetables does not form part of our physiological need but are associated with risks.”

(PDF) Therapeutic protocol of Paleomedicina Hungary. Available from: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/323151200_Therapeutic_protocol_of_Paleomedicina_Hungary

This place (Paleomedicina) has actual doctors prescribing a high fat meat diet to successfully treat chronic disease. With hugely positive results (much more effective than medication). They’ve treated pregnant women, infants, and breastfeeding women as well. They have found no ill effects of the diet (they call it paleolithic ketogenic, basically a fancy turn for a red meat diet).

Eventually North America will stop with the “it must be a placebo effect” and start actually treating people. Suuuuper exciting. Also extremely satisfying after years of “you’re crazy”. Extremely. Satisfying.

They have a website HERE. (It’s in Hungarian but you can use Google Translate). The case studies are incredible.

    What is your blood type?
    What about your father’s?
Do you have any data correlating blood type to diet success?

    1. I am type B+ and when I did my transition 9 months ago December 2017 it took me only a week to adjust.

I had no diarrhea but just feeling gross and sick when would eat too much fatty food right after eating carbs. However the stuff that was coming out of your bowels for 2 weeks was unreal and scary how much Crap and gunk is really stuck in your intestines.

    1. Michael, I would prefer to drink a spring water with a heavy weighting towards magnesium, but I haven’t found an affordable one. As it stands, I buy Crystal Geyser by the gallon jug because the amount of calcium and magnesium are both quite low and calcium is not able to overwhelm magnesium through my drinking water. I’d like a better alternative, but I’m not about to pay $1/10 ozs. when I drink almost 100 ozs. of water a day.

I do avoid the fluoride and chlorine magnesium binders found in most tap water, not to mention the plethora of drug residues they don’t test for. They know they can’t find that for which they don’t test.

I do dislike the plastic. Dr. Wilson (Nutrition Balancing) says it isn’t a problem when it comes to balancing out the body’s key cellular nutrients, but I think it is bad and would prefer to avoid it. I have a couple glass 5 gallon jugs I could fill with Carlsbad Spring water, but my potassium, as well as the potassium of a friend, crashed while drinking it. That’s not good. However, there is the possibility it isn’t causal. I’m not going to risk it right now. Maybe I’ll test it out later.

Hydration is a key to optimal wellness, IMHO.

I also ozonate and drink about 16 ozs. of distilled water every day.

    2. I just buy store brand sparkling water. Cheap, tastes just like the expensive stuff, and doesn’t leave you feeling guilty about just having downed $5 in a single drink.

  2. Has anybody with severe allergic reactions to basic food items ever tried to ozonate and drink chilled distilled water?

If so, where there any apparent notable effects?

    1. I wouldn’t advise drinking distilled water. While not harmful in small quantities, it can cause stomach upset because of its different acidity to regular water.

      It also tastes bad.

    2. I add a half teaspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate, or Potassium Bicarbonate to my distilled water to get the pH above neutral (or at neutral) plus it gives me sodium and pottasium, useful on a LCHF/carnivore diet.

    3. We have an ozonater and drink ozonated distilled water regularly. It’s amazing. It stops a cold in its tracks, helps my teeth, and may other things. I know the extra oxygen molecule helps with getting rid of anaerobic diseases, so results for food allergies may depend on the reason they are happening? Unsure a bit on that. But I love it for energy, viruses/ bacterial/ mouth health.

  3. Jeroen, I only drink distilled water when I ozonate water – and it is pretty much a requirement when ozonating water because the ozone will tend to react with anything else in the water.

Kenn, just make sure you don’t drink that pH increasing water during meals. You don’t want to dilute your stomach acid.

    1. Yep, I tend not to drink water around meals, since I only usually eat one meal a day, it’s not a problem. I also ozonate my distilled water, and I don’t add any bicarbonate to that water.I also take Betaine, or drink Apple Cidre Vinegar before meals

  4. I don’t agree with the no veggies part. There’s evidence, I can’t remember where I saw the study, but some of our ancestors use to eat a TON of vegetables a day. Fiber is pretty huge in some cases. Also, the longest lived culture eats a ton of complex carbs, mainly brown rice, plantains and bit of fish meat. The modern diet most closely related to that tribes diet(I forget the tribes name) is the Okinawan diet. The most long lived peoples in the world. So I think there’s more than one way to skin a cat. But it could be people like me, and many other people born since fast food and pollutants took off, is our nervous systems got messed up from the pollutants and diet that our mother’s took in while pregnant with us, so for some reason we just have this low grade inflammatory response to grains or other foods that would otherwise be non offensive, non inflammatory. I felt amazing eating the keto diet, but I also felt amazing eating nothing but rice, lean meat, and fruit. As soon as I have dairy, eggs, wheat, artificial flavors an ingredients I feel lousy. But keto I believe did take care of my tics and social anxiety better. It led to a feeling of euphoria. I’m going to get back on it starting tonight. Meat and veggies all the way! I wish I didn’t have reactions to cheese though. I love cheese:(

    1. The problem seems to me to be lacking the insight about food quality. Our food system is yielding now such terrible food from a nutritional point of view that big pharma is expecting major profits ahead as people falsely believe that their ‘disease’ = a shortage of a drug to treat symptoms while unwilling to grow or buy good tasting produce.
The price of food is subsidized and only those who produce crap get the free money.
So buy garbage and expect illness. It’s not a conspiracy theory it has been known as fact for millenia!
The plant secondary metabolites (p.s.m.s) are missing from poor plant nutrition. Those p.s.m.’s include immune supporting nutrients that mediate immune response in us.

I can buy apples at the store and my cows won’t eat them period. But they eat all the apples off the trees growing that are not sprayed naturalnews.com reports that 80% of apples (and other fruits) are sprayed: “The chemical is called diphenylamine. It is an artificial preservative that makes the fruits look fresher than they really are. It is also toxic to human health.” Why do they need to spray them? Because they lack the nutrients needed from the soil that are either there but unavailable to the plant / tree because of the farming method that places a ceiling on nutrition and ensuring illness and short life span to say nothing of poor taste!

My cows (all cows really : ) ) can tell the difference.

  5. it says they allow fruit and paleolithic vegetables, which fruits and vegetables would be safest too consume if one has autoimmune problems?
